Accident Reconstruction Fee Schedule

RETAINER

Will be applied towards subsequent fees and credited at the time of final billing.
Retainers are non-refundable.

$ 1500

NON-TESTIMONY TIME

$ 175 per hour includes but not limited to all analyses, on scene activities, vehicle inspections, conferences and testimony waiting time.

TESTIMONY TIME

$ 300 per hour (with a two hour minimum)

TRAVEL TIME

$ 100 per hour portal to portal to and from court, depositions, site visits, vehicle inspections, conferences, etc.

OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES

 Air fare, lodging, rental cars, taxi fare, conference fees to police officers, long distance telephone, facsimile charges, etc., are additional, and if so requested, must be paid in advance, or upon billing.

TERMS

All fees and costs are due in full within 30 days of date of initial statement, or prior to Mr. Pytel giving any testimony, whichever comes first.

 
Payment of fees will not be contingent upon the outcome of litigation.
